About Maria Malonoski

Maria has over thirteen years of experience in the luxury beauty, home, and health & wellness sectors, including six years in startup leadership roles. Her expertise encompasses Public Relations / Communications, media and influencer relations, strategic brand and product partnerships, and performance marketing. 

With a deep understanding of industry dynamics and consumer trends, Maria will help you refine your voice, enhance your strategies, and develop a compelling brand identity that stands out in a competitive landscape.

Notable achievements include launching goop beauty by Gwyneth Paltrow and caliray by Wende Zomnir, as well as working with renowned brands like Hero Cosmetics, LAWLESS Beauty, Hourglass Cosmetics, Nécessaire, amongst many more.

As a former Division 1 Field Hockey scholarship athlete, Maria thrives in fast-paced environments, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and a strategic, creative approach to achieve impactful results.
